Shipping policy
10ft Single by Stella Dallas offers free standard shipping with no minimum order amount to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We accept P.O. Box addresses within this service area. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses.
Processing and delivery
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- Estimated transit after dispatch: 2–4 business days.
- Estimated total delivery: 3–7 business days, including processing and transit.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Our order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York). Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will notify you about the delay and your options to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
